I ordered 1 full size smaller than my normal size and the fit was great. The only reason why I returned this pair is because quality is absolutely horrible. The inside of the tongue is stitched poorly and there’s about a 1/4 inch of leather sticking straight out into the space of the boot where your foot goes. So as you can see, once your foot slides in there’s this extremely uncomfortable hard piece of leather on the top of your foot rubbing and irritating you. No way I would be able to walk in those for more than 10 seconds.
I’m waiting until Zappos gets more in stock so that I can re-order. Hopefully they don’t send me the same damaged pair back!

These are super cute but they are MUCH brighter than shown on this site! More of a neon orange. I haven’t worn them but yet but they were comfy when I tried them on so I’m excited! they’re a little roomy but I know going down a size would make them too small!

If you are between sizes (e.g. 10.5), go down. I am a 10.5 shoe in most everything, this, I took a 10. These are my first Dr. Martens and true to stories/reputation, the body is quite stiff and feels a bit plastic-like to start. The footbed is perfect for moderate arches. I trust that the body softens and will be more form fitting. So far, big fan! Love this design.

I’m usually between an 11 and an 11.5 and sometimes even a 12 if something runs small. The UK 9 fit perfectly. I had these in the 90s and loved them and they are more comfortable then I remember!
