Fits a little larger and makes feet appear wide and feels slightly bulky. Material is great and super easy to clean and doesn’t show scuffing or dirt marks.

When I first put these on, I was worried about how stiff they were across the top of my foot. However, after walking in them, the quickly loosened up. My daughter (20) wears her patent Doc’s w/ laces everywhere and with everything, and they are so cute. She’s had them two years and they still look new, thanks to the patent finish. This style seemed more appropriate for my age and I have already received several compliments on then when out and about. They have a nice wide toe box and will be a great choice when I need to spend all day walking around. Highly recommend!

The size was correct, but after the first long walk it was leaving a blister on the back of each heel so I returned them. I think the patent leather is not going to soften. Would be fine if you don’t need to walk long distances in them, but I had hoped to.

I bought an 11 and I have a narrow foot. These are 1/2 inch smaller than my other Dr Marten boots that are also an 11 and felt very narrow. So I’ll have to return. So sad. I might see if the 12 will work. These are so cute I hate sending back.

I so wanted to like these, really cute in person, then I put them on. The patent makes them really stiff, and it seemed like they would take a bit to break in, which I’m not up for right now. Also hit my shin in a weird way each time I took a step. Very sad, they are so cute and I wanted to keep but sending back.

I loved these boots online and wanted to love them in person. Unfortunately, the seam on the side/top of the boot dug into my feet. They were ridiculously uncomfortable for the 1 minute I wore them. I should’ve listened to the other reviews.
I wish they could re-make these listening to their customers. So close…..

It is a great looking boot but just too snug for me, especially on the top of the foot.

Very uncomfortable and super painful. Maybe that’s they way it is for a couple of days but I got a bruise on my feet.

I only tried them on and they were too narrow for me but they are very pretty and well put together boots. Doc’s usually are.
