Docs do fit best for me when I order a full size down.
I usually wear a women’s 10, but ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly!

I ordered my normal size 6 in these and they are huge, maybe a size and a half bigger than my norm. I put them up next to another pair of Doc’s I have and sure enough they really are much larger and wider. The width is great because I have a wide foot but I’m swimming in these. I’ve ordered the 5 and will update when I get them.

These are beautiful! I wear a size 9 and these are 9s, but they are a big 9. But, I will be able to wear thick socks with these, which is great for Alaskan winters.
