These shoes were perfect! Great quality. Just not the right fit for my job but I love Dr Martens and would buy these again in a heartbeat.

The size and width is good. They could use more space in the toe box. The arch support is nonexistent so I had to add insoles. It’s been hard to find insoles that offer enough arch support without making my toes cramped. I ended up searching for socks that would be thin, yet tight enough to not slip down my heel. Smart Wool makes great socks for this as long as you don’t mind paying $20 a pop.
As for comfort, they are alright. As a dock clerk, I’m at a desk most of the day. These boots are heavy. If I was running around the warehouse all day like I used to, I’m sure they would make me tired. But they do look amazing. I wear them outside of work too. If you have narrow feet and low arches, these would probably be fine. They were true to size, so no issues with that. I wish they had a composite toe so they weren’t so heavy, but it is what it is.

Description says the tongue and collar are padded. They are not. My old Dr. Martens that I want to replace DO have the padded collar and it makes them much more comfortable.
